Derek O'Brien, Member of Parliament (MP) from the Trinamool Congress (TMC) has alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was stalling Parliament proceedings and demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi open the debate on the Manipur issue either in the Rajya Sabha or the Lok Sabha.
